This healthy Greek Parmesan Chicken recipe was originally featured on our Sisters Know Best site and my family loved it. Now that I am trying to eat healthier, I remembered this recipe and dug it out the other night. I’m so glad I did! My hubby and daughter gave it a big two thumbs up! So, I’m adding it to our regular meal plan. Best part? You guessed it! It’s only 8 smart points on Weight Watchers!
Garlic, black pepper and onion create a balance of spices while the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese create a rich, creamy coating that will make you think of pizza and lasagna. Yum! Don’t forget to add in some steamed veggies for a well-balanced meal that won’t wreck your diet. We like it with zucchini since it’s a veggie that seems to work well with the Mediterranean flavors in this chicken dish. What veggies would you put with this main dish?

Greek Parmesan Chicken Tastes Like You Went Out
My family loves this Greek Parmesan Chicken dish. It’s healthy and tastes like a much richer dish – one you’d find at any Italian or Greek restaurant near you. Since it’s only 8 Weight Watchers smart points, you can enjoy it for dinner with your family guilt free. Try adding a little oregano to kick up the flavor without affecting the smart points.
