Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Line a 9x13 inch pan with tin foil.
Spray tin foil with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl.
Pound chicken out to flatten.
Coat chicken in mixture.
Place in foil lined pan and add remaining mixture to top of the chicken (if there is any).
Bake for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
