At only 4 smart points for one and a half cups of this mix, you can eat without regrets! And since it’s only 3 ingredients, even the most novice cook can make this delicious dish.
Hot or cold, you can use it as a way to make salads heartier or serve it over rice or pasta. If you’re in the mood for tacos, this makes a great filling instead of beef or refried beans.
