If I had a choice, I think I’d have key lime pie for dessert after every meal – including breakfast! But we know it’s not the healthiest dessert out there… until now. I really love Weight Watchers and how it’s changing our lives. I found a key lime pie recipe that is delicious and low in Weight Watchers smart points.
It’s super easy to prepare! Almost as simple as making Jell-O, which happens to be one of the main ingredients in this zingy dessert. Five minutes in the kitchen and about an hour of patience net you and your family an indulgent dessert without the guilt.
This fabulous dessert is easy to prepare well in advance for a dinner party or another event. It keeps well in the freezer or refrigerator for a short time meaning you can prepare this flavorful dessert over the weekend for a weekend girl’s night or a tasty treat with your family midweek. Getting through hump day, Wednesday is much easier with a healthy dessert.

It’s a lot like the Weight Watchers Frozen Pie recipe I published but has a lot more flavor burst! My family loves both the frozen pie and the zing of this Key Lime pie. I think your family will love it too! Let me know what you think and how it’s received by people you make it for. I love hearing about your kitchen successes and lessons!
