Healthy Greek Parmesan Chicken

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breasts flattened
  • 1 Cup Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Parmesan Cheese not granulated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Line a 9x13 inch pan with tin foil.
  • Spray tin foil with cooking spray.
  • Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl.
  • Pound chicken out to flatten.
  • Coat chicken in mixture.
  • Place in foil lined pan and add remaining mixture to top of the chicken (if there is any).
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
