thinly sliced

red onion
thinly sliced (optional)

olive oil

fresh lime juice
Salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Add the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, crumbled feta, chopped mint, and red onion (if using) to a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to combine, being careful not to break the watermelon cubes.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Use pre-chilled watermelon and cucumber for a crisp, cold salad.
