Baked Potatoes Three Ways
OVEN: Pierce the potato with a fork all over and bake in a 425°F (220°C) oven for 40 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Pierce potato with a fork all over and microwave 5 minutes on full power. Turn over and microwave another 5 minutes.
AIR FRYER: Pierce potato with a fork all over and air fry at 400°F for 40 minutes.
Place taco seasoning ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until fully blended.
Cook bacon or beef over medium heat in a skillet. Drain any fat.
Blend seasoning mixture, water, and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and let simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
Make a shallow cut horizontally across the baked potato and squeeze the two ends together until the potato opens up.
Place bacon or beef inside potato. Cover with taco filling and top with sour cream, salsa, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, sliced black olives, and green onions.
