In a large bowl, use a mixer on low to combine the sugar and the butter.
Add eggs and blend.
Add milk and the bananas and mix for about 1 minute. The batter may look lumpy but this is fine.
Add the flour and baking soda and mix until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick spray and divide the batter among the pans.
Bake for approximately 1 hour. Check by placing a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean the bread is done.
