  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 3/4 Cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix protein powder and coconut together.
  • Dip chicken in beaten egg.
  • Dip chicken in protein and coconut mixture to thoroughly coat.
  • Place chicken on greased pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink when cut in the middle.
