Instructions
Boil farro as directed.
While farro is cooking, cut up vegetables and put in a medium sized bowl.
In a smaller bowl combine the apple cider vinegar, basil, spicy mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and oil together
Mix all ingredients together and serve warm or chilled.
