  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Lemon Cut in to wedges
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic crushed in to a paste
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Use fresh garlic cloves or preminced garlic. Crush in to a paste.
  • Mix with mayonnaise.
  • Squeeze 2 lemon wedges in to mayonnaise mixture.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy as a dipping sauce or a drizzled glaze.
