1large portobello mushroom capstem and gills removed
½tablespoonoil
¼teaspoonItalian seasonings
Salt and pepper to taste
3tablespoonsmarinara
Sundried tomatoes
3tablespoonsshredded mozzarella cheesedivided
1teaspoonsliced black olives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place the mushroom on a baking sheet and brush 1 teaspoon of oil over the top of the mushroom. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Turn the mushroom over and sprinkle Italian seasonings on the inside.
Add marinara to the inside of the mushroom and layer with sundried tomatoes. Top with cheese and black olives.
Set oven to broil and broil the portobello mushroom pizza under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 7 minutes.
