Pork Fritters on Coleslaw with Honey Mustard

Seasoned pork is shaped into fritters and pan-fried, served on coleslaw with honey mustard.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 6 Tbs cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • Honey Mustard
  • Coleslaw

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Shape pork mixture into equal-sized patties (about 4)
  • Cook pork fritters in oil in a skillet. Press down the patties with a spatula and cook until 3 minutes on each side until the edges are brown.
  • Place fritters on coleslaw and serve with honey mustard.
