Pork Fritters on Coleslaw with Honey Mustard
Seasoned pork is shaped into fritters and pan-fried, served on coleslaw with honey mustard.

- ½ lb ground pork
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 6 Tbs cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 Tbs oil
- Honey Mustard
- Coleslaw
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape pork mixture into equal-sized patties (about 4)
Cook pork fritters in oil in a skillet. Press down the patties with a spatula and cook until 3 minutes on each side until the edges are brown.
Place fritters on coleslaw and serve with honey mustard.
