BBQ Turkey Sliders
Turkey is slow-cooked in tangy BBQ sauce and served on bite-sized rolls or biscuits.

Skillet For cooking the turkey and reducing the sauce. Tongs Helps handle the turkey breast easily.
- 8 ounces turkey breast boneless, skinless
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 strips of bacon
- ¼ cup sliced onions
- ½ cup turkey broth
- Salt and pepper
- 4 rolls or biscuits
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer bacon to a paper towel to drain.
Saute onions in bacon grease until softened.
Add BBQ sauce, broth and turkey breast to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 20 minutes until turkey is cooked through. Turkey should reach 165°F when fully cooked.
Remove the turkey breast and shred the meat with two forks.
Return shredded turkey to the skillet and simmer until the sauce is thickened. Serve hot on rolls or biscuits.
