Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground star anise
  • 2 teaspoons ground fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground Sichuan peppercorns optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Store the blend in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  • Use this blend to season stir-fries, roasted duck, ribs, or sprinkle it on roasted nuts for a unique and aromatic snack.
