Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Store the blend in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  • Use this blend to season tagines, couscous, roasted vegetables, or add it to meat rubs for a Moroccan-inspired feast.
