Mexican Spice Blend

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Store the blend in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  • Use this blend to season tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, or sprinkle it on roasted corn for a flavorful twist.
