Spinach Mushroom Onion Quiche Recipe
Add whatever veggies and protein make your mouth water. Just a few ingredients make the base of this go-to quiche recipe.

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream 1/2 + 1/2 works as well
- 1 cup cheese of your choice cheddar, Swiss, asiago, parmesan
- 1 cup veggies and/or protein
- salt + pepper to taste
Whisk eggs, cream, sour cream in bowl.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Top with cheese and veggies.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until center of quiche is set.
