  • 4 Bpneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat is fine)
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup undiluted
  • 1 Dry Packet Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in freezer bag and freeze.
  • Defrost in refrigerator the day before.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Shred meat and serve over rice or noodles.
