Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix protein powder and coconut together.
Dip chicken in beaten egg.
Dip chicken in protein and coconut mixture to thoroughly coat.
Place chicken on greased pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink when cut in the middle.
