Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 12 ounce bottle Hot Sauce
  • 1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing (Hidden Valley Ranch is my favorite)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (optional)
  • Blue Cheese or Feta Cheese (optional)
  • Burger Rolls or Rice (For Day of Cooking to Serve On)


  • Place all ingredients except butter, cheese and rolls or rice in a gallon freezer bag and freeze.
  • Thaw in refrigerator the day before cooking.
  • Place ingredients of freezer bag in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • 1/2 hour before serving add butter and shred chicken.
  • Serve over rice or on burger rolls covered in blue cheese or feta cheese.
