  • 1 Medium Summer Squash diced
  • 2 Large Tomatoes peeled & diced OR 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 14 Ounce Can Fat Free Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Ham diced (or chicken)
  • 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Parmesan Cheese reserved
