Preheat oven to 450°
Preheat oven to 450°.
Microwave squash for 7 minutes. Cut long way in half and remove seeds.
Place in large baking dish, cut sides down, and fill pan with 1/2 inche of water.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring large skillet to medium high heat. Spray with pan spray and add bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes, garlic and italian seasoning and stir together.
Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Use a fork to shred spaghetti squash. Take 5 cups of the spaghetti squash and place in large bowl.
Add laughing cow cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper to the spaghetti squash and mix thoroughly.
Plate the spaghetti squash mixture and top with the vegetables.
