Pan Spray
Instructions
Cut the top off peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
Mix together egg, feta, and black pepper.
Scramble egg mixture in a large frying pan as you normally would cook scrambled eggs.
Stuff peppers with the egg mixture.
Add pan spray to frying pan and put heat on medium.
Brown peppers on each side for 2-3 minutes until slightly brown.
Serve hot or cold plain or with dipping sauces of your choice.
