Instructions
Clean chicken and remove all fat.
Spray bottom and sides of slow cooker (optional) for easy clean up later.
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
Pour salsa and vinegar on top of chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Shred chicken with fork or break in to pieces with fork.
Serve on rice, with salad or fresh produce, as taco meat, etc.
