Perfect filling for Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

- 1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4.5 Cups confectioner's sugar
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
If your filling is too thin, add more confectioner's sugar; if your filling is too dense, add a little milk or cream.
