General Tso's Crockpot Chicken
Marinate overnight and let the crockpot do the rest!

- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 tsp garlic minced
- 8 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ginger fresh grated is best
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 9 oz frozen snap peas for day of eating
Cut chicken in bite-size chunks.
Place all ingredients (except peas) in freezer bag.
Defrost in fridge the night before cooking.
Cook on high for 3-5 hours.
During last 1/2 hour of cooking, add peas and stir to coat with sauce.
Serve over rice. (Cauliflower rice is excellent with this dish.)
