Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients together and let stand 5 minutes.
  • Spray medium size frying pan and heat on medium heat.
  • Place 1/4 cup batter in pan.
  • When edges start to brown, flip over and cook another minute.

Notes

Because this was originally created for ViSalus protein powder, you may find you need to add a little sweetener to this recipe.
