  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 1 Small Carrot , peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp White Chocolate Pudding Mix Powder
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash Nutmeg
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
