  1. Put all ingredients, except sour cream and salsa in a freezer bag and freeze.
  2. Defrost the day before in refrigerator.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Half hour before serving, shred the chicken and mix in with juices.
  5. Serve on tortilla shells or rice. Top with salsa and sour cream.
