These Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy are part of our Crockpot Freezer Meal Series and they are delicious! I will say they had more of a beef stew consistency from cooking all day but I wouldn’t change them. The beefy broth was scrumptious to the point we wanted to drink it! LOL, maybe not that drastic but it was very good.
One alteration I made is adding pepper and onion at the end. This step was not in the original beef tip recipe. I’m glad I thought to do it though as it added to the taste and texture.
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken is one of those EASY Crockpot meals in the Sisters Know Best Crockpot Freezer Meal Series. I wish when I bought my ingredients I had purchased enough to make a bunch of these. I only made 2 batches of this one. 🙁 It’s healthy, quick, and flavorful! Not to mention versatile. The next time we have it, the family wants to try it as a burrito. I’m happy with it as is on rice… but I will try it with some black beans added in.
Thai food is one of my favorite discoveries! But when we order take out it’s easily $70! This meal was $10 and we ate it twice. PLUS it’s part of the Sisters Know Best Freezer Meal Series so I have another in my freezer for another time. The peanut butter gives it a creamy flavor and adding the vegetables makes this Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce recipe a delicious well rounded meal!
Adding vegetables to stuffed shells is a genius idea! We have a delicious stuffed shell recipe but adding the vegetables increases the nutrients and the taste! And it’s a freezer meal that we are going to be adding to our Freezer Meal Series. That’s right! Make LOTS and freeze them for later. [Read more…]
Do you like# burritos? You will love this #recipe and how much time it saves you! Beef and cheddar burritos made ahead and put in the freezer are the way to go! I made these when I made the other meals in the Crockpot Freezer Series and we had them for the first time last night. They are not a crockpot meal but they do go in the freezer. The trick is wrapping them in both the paper towel and aluminum. They were delicious and fresh!
YUM AGAIN! My family is crazy about a ranch chicken crockpot recipe I make and I was surprised at how similar this creamy italian chicken crockpot recipe tasted to that. They said they like them the same so my choice is this one. Less ingredients, less prep and I can make it ahead as part of the freezer recipe series. If you haven’t caught that series, you can get it here.
I loved making this Cilantro Lime #Chicken #Crockpot recipe because of the lime fragrance. Lemons and limes are so refreshing. I squeezed the lime in to my freezer bag when I prepared it and threw the peeling in my garbage disposal. It’s a great way to freshen it up! I had my chicken over rice and Bill had his in a wrap. We both thought it was delicious!
Here’s a speedy way to use up #zucchini and pack some nutrients into a yummy meal. I made this for breakfast, but it would be delicious for any time of day. It could be the entire meal or a side dish. I think it would be fun to cook this over an open fire pit sometime!
A frittata is an Italian dish made with fried beaten, or whipped, eggs and resembles a Spanish omelet.
This slow cooker recipe for Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken is one of my favorite in the crockpot freezer meal series! I love all 4 ingredients and it’s so easy to make. The first time I made this I made up 6 of them and froze all but one. The frozen ones came out just as good as the fresh one. If you love feta and bacon, you will love this yummy recipe!
This stuffed pepper recipe for the #crockpot is different than the one I normally make. I like that you use cauliflower in place of rice. And I really like you can make a bunch of them for freezer meals and pop in the crockpot! You don’t even have to defrost them first!
Who doesn’t love spaghetti!?! It’s the American food of choice and having this easy crockpot spaghetti sauce on hand in the freezer makes our fa[mily happy! I’m sure it will make yours happy too!
