Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, diced onions, chopped peppers and chopped celery and saute until onions are tender.
  3. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  4. Add spices, diced tomatoes (with liquid) and tomato paste.
  5. Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
